The upper mids has good texture and is very engaging to listen. Going to the upper mids I used my all time favorite test track which is “for the fickle”, it sounded sweet, it possess the same characteristics as the lower mids, it is very transparent without sounding shrill. Lower mids is perfect from my point of view, the balanced of transparency and thickness is very good in this pair, it is placed slightly forward as compared to the bass. Starting with the lower mids, it is lean sounding and it possess good amount of transparency, the good thing here is that it never sounded dry nor hollow, the body is still there to give justice to the vocals of Ed sheeran, and Dave Grohl. Overall, the bass of T4 isn’t for the bass heads, it has nice depth, quality and speed as it compensates to the mediocre quantity and weight. Listening to “Thick and Thin” is very enjoyable (coming from me who is a non-bass head), bass never bled nor overshadowed the lower mids. Mid bass is fast and tight, it doesn’t have the “bass head” quantity as it doesn’t have any mid bass hump, but luckily it has nice quality as the bass notes sounds clean enough and decays rather quick. It decays fast and is very capable of handling pacy heavy rock to metal tracks. While listening with “Bridge Burning”, the intro sounds fantastic, you can clearly hear the guitar riff and its texture. The subs has good amount of depth and texture, it is placed at the middle ground and has average quantity.

#Bgvp dm6 vs dmg driver
Sound isolation is also top notch as there are no vents due to its driver configuration (4 Knowles BA per side). It may cause a bit of discomfort at start as there will be some sort of vacuum but after few sessions with it, I don’t mind it anymore. Top notch! This is by far the best fitting UIEM that I’ve tried, with my favorite spinfit cp100 it can even atenuate the noises exertred by jeepney. The Box itself can be improved but I’m quite impressed with the cable, tips and the carrying case as some of IEMs at this price point doesn’t even include a carrying case. The T4 also comes with plenty of tips that includes foam and silicone one. As I open the box, a solid hard case and a 4 core SPC cable suprised me. I believe that this must be cost cutting to improve the IEM itself. A thin acetate serves as a window for the user to have a glimpse of the T4’s gorgeous shell. The box is not impressive at all, it seems to be made out of cheap cardboard with toneking’s logo being imprinted at the front face of the box. Note: The T4 that I used for this review is used, the cable is upgraded to hifi hear 16 core cable, and the tips are not included upon purchase, the photo attached above was from Penon Audio’s site.
